The spacious, cozy spa of the hotel Neue Post offers some amenities for your relaxation and well-being. Our sauna³
pleasure comes up with a Finnish sauna, a steam bath and a bio sauna.
After an exciting hike or an intense skiing day you can round out your day in a harmonic way and regain energy and strength.
The classic Finnish sauna operates at temperatures between 80°C and 100°C, the air is dry and the sauna-goer is sweating intensely.
Sauna rules:
Repeat this procedure depending on your physical condition and your mood.
A comfortable space for relaxation of body, mind and soul and to rest after the various saunas.
At comforting warmth and pleasant lighting conditions, you can forget everyday life and surrender
to peace and quiet.
Here you will feel immediately at ease.
The steam bath, operating at pleasant temperatures between 35°C and 55°C has almost 100% humidity and was already known to the Romans. Steam baths are relaxing the muscles and rejuvenate your metabolism. The steam bath or caldarium can also be used as preparation for the drier, hotter Finnish sauna.
The bio sauna is in the middle between classic sauna and steam bath. You sweat at temperatures between 40°C and 65°C and a relative humidity of about 50%. This type of sauna is less strenuous for the circulatory system and you can spend about 15 - 30 minutes in the bio sauna. Nevertheless, the sauna rules and the procedure are the same.
