Finnish sauna
The timeless classic for those who love intense heat. At temperatures between 80 and 100 °C and dry air, you will quickly start to sweat – invigorating, cleansing and beneficial for body and mind. A sauna session here means switching off, breathing deeply and regenerating. With or without infusion – you decide your personal pace of relaxation.
Steam sauna
Gentle, humid and incredibly relaxing. At 35 to 55 °C and almost 100% humidity, the mild warmth has a particularly soothing effect on the respiratory system and muscles. Appreciated since ancient times, the steam bath is ideal for those who prefer lower temperatures or wish to gently prepare for the Finnish sauna.
Biosauna
The perfect balance between warmth and gentleness. With temperatures ranging from 40 to 65 °C and moderate humidity, the bio sauna is especially circulation-friendly, gentle on the skin and deeply relaxing. Ideal for longer sauna sessions and for anyone seeking enjoyment without extremes.
Infrared cabin
Modern, pleasant and deeply effective. At around 30 °C, the infrared rays penetrate deep into the body, creating a soothing sensation of warmth. Particularly appreciated for muscle tension, back pain or after physical activity. Since summer 2018, two modern infrared cabins have been available for your personal well-being.
