Healthy sweating –

Our saunas

Finnish sauna

The Finnish sauna is the classic among the sweat rooms. With dry air and temperatures between 80° C and 100° C, you will quickly start to sweat and do something good for your body. Before you plunge into the sauna, please note our sauna rules: shower before going to the sauna, sweat for 10 - 15 minutes, possibly enjoy an infusion, cool down, shower off, rest and relax. You can repeat this process several times depending on your mood and fitness.

Steam sauna

The steam bath makes you sweat at pleasant temperatures between 35° C and 55° C and almost 100% humidity and was already known to the Romans. The mild warmth of the steam bath is good for the respiratory tract, has a relaxing effect on the muscles and regenerates the metabolism. Because of the lower heat, the steam bath is a good alternative to the Finnish sauna, especially for those who are sensitive to heat. The steam bath or caldarium can also be used as preparation for the hot Finnish sauna.

Biosauna

The biosauna is a gentle version of the Finnish sauna and lies between the Finnish sauna and the steam sauna in terms of temperature and humidity. You sweat at a room temperature of around 40°C to 65°C and a relative humidity of around 50%. This type of sauna is gentler on the circulation, health-promoting and skin-care. The length of stay can therefore be extended to up to 30 minutes. However, the sauna rules and procedure are the same.

Infrared cabin

Infrared cabins are one of the most modern versions of sweat rooms and at first glance have very little in common with the classics. The temperature in the infrared cabin is "only" around 30° C. But the infrared rays penetrate deep into the body and thus provide a pleasant feeling of warmth and enable healthy and circulation-friendly sweating. The infrared rays are particularly recommended after sports injuries, muscle pain, but also rheumatism and lumbago. Since summer 2018, two new, modern infrared cabins have been available in our wellness oasis for your well-being.

Relaxation room

Between each sauna session, you should take some time to rest. Our comfortable relaxation room is available for this purpose. With pleasant warmth and pleasant lighting, you can forget everyday life and indulge in peace and relaxation. You will immediately feel at home here!
