We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 am on your departure day.
Our generous breakfast buffet is open from 7:30 am till 10 am. Lunch is served from 12 pm to 2 pm. For dinner as part of the half board we have reserved you a table in our dining room. Dinner is served from 6 pm until 8:30 pm. The à la Carte restaurant serves dinner from 6 pm until 9 pm. Note: For unused services / food as part of the half board, no refund can be claimed.
There is a surcharge of € 37.00 per menu for the Christmas and New Year's Eve menu.
Please note, that all our rooms are non-smoking rooms! Of course, you can enjoy a smoke at the balcony of your room or on our terrace.
In our own ski cellar, you're skis and ski boots will be well stored. Please note that entering of rooms, dining room etc. is not allowed with ski boots.
In front of our hotel you will find a large parking lot with plenty of space – even for buses. On request, we also reserve a covered parking space for your car (against surcharge).
The ski bus stop is right in front of our hotel. Every 20 minutes a ski bus takes you to Gaislachkoglbahn in the ski resort Sölden/Hochsölden (about 5 minutes) or to Obergurgl/Hochgurgl. The ski bus service is free of charge for ski pass holders!
You can purchase your ski pass for the ski resorts Sölden/Hochsölden or Obergurgl/Hochgurgl at our reception – without queueing. To purchase the ski pass we will need your full name and date of birth.
In our hotel your dog is welcome, too! However, pleas note that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant and in our well-being oasis. For your canine companion we will charge € 10.00 per day (food not included).
The local tax of € 4.00 per person and day is not included in the prices, but will be charged separately. Local tax is payable by all adults (children up to the age of 14 are exempt from the local tax).
Our dependance 'Alte Post' is located directly opposite the main building. The facili include 6 shared showers and 6 toilets on the floor, a cozy stone-pine snuggery as well as parking (garage at an extra charge). In winter, the use of the Finnish saune at the hotel 'Neue Post' is included, in summer, the use of our well-being oasis is possible at an extra charge of € 5.00 per person.
